Office Policy: this Gastroenterologist will not see a patient with a PCP referral if the patient has seen any other GI in the past 3 years (even if patient has moved across the state and no longer has access to prior GI).
You cannot just call the office if there is a problem. You have to go through the portal and send a message there which could take hours or even days to get a response from. This is a slow process that shows no immediate answers.
I was seen at the beginning of may they never send the medication they prescribed to the pharmacy. I called several time I was told to go through thr portal wich that did not work. That firts appointment was 200.00 for absolute nothing. Whole month goes by, next appointment in June nothing again. I would not recommend this place
