I had a sleep study performed and evaluated by Dr. Bahhady. I was referred to the clinic for parasomnias by my neurologist that treats me for a movement disorder called Myoclonus. I specifically went to the facility and did not do an at home study so the doctor could evaluate an ongoing issue with starting sleep on my back to sleeping in a sitting position with my head slumped into my lap. Try to get a call through. And report what you’ve been told to report Leave a message in the morning and never get a return call telling you what to do next. Now I have the entire weekend to worry Today I hear their phones have been down ( 7 days?) but tomorrow I’m gonna be nearby and see for myself! Review a few days later: their phones were broken and had I known that I certainly would not have complained. I left a note on their door asking them to call me which they did the next day.
Dr. Bahhady is a truly wonderful doctor. He is so thorough and dedicated. I am so grateful for his work !
The Dr.'s here are thorough and wonderful, when you can actually get ahold of them. I have been calling this office today 6/27/24, since 11am, it is now 4:26pm and they are going to close in 30 minutes. They have not picked up the phone once. It rings 5 times then goes to a full voicemail and hangs up on you. I know of no other way to get ahold of the Dr.'s or leave message for them, the steward app doesn't allow for that, I don't know of an e-mail that I could use.
