She’s excellent. One of the best in the Duly system. Had one visit and will do more. Really direct, and efficient in communicating information.
Just one small idea. The reception desk should be at desktop level. Was difficult for us who are in pain/using a wheelchair passing paperwork to a receptionist who did not get up to even look at me when calling me over for service. But rest of staff very nice.
Was recommended by a friend, I was happy I took her recommendation Dr. Jonkheer was prepared, attentive, and very nice.
