Fantastic office. Dr Esser has been my primary for many years. She really knows her stuff!! What a great doctor. Recently was treated by Dr Ross for an emergency condition. He is very good. Very competent, knew exactly what to do to address an emergency situation and a kind person as well. I am very happy with the treatment I received.
Dr. Vaynkof has been my primary care doctor for years and I can’t say enough about what a fantastic doctor he is and about how great this office is. He has helped me navigate a number of extremely complex and overwhelming medical conditions and always makes me feel heard and like there is a plan in place. The office is consistently professional and the staff are very pleasant to interact with. It can be hard to find good primary care, but RBFM and Dr. Vaynkof stand out as an excellent choice.

The doctor was nice and competent but I didn’t see her until 40 minutes past my appointment time. Additionally, the blonde woman with the neck tattoo working at the receptionist desk was so incredibly rude. She had a terrible attitude, and was rude to almost every patient she talked to, including a sick elderly woman!!
