I absolutely hate that IMA would not negotiate with any insurance provider and has become a Medicare facility only. I had been going there for 7 years to see my doctor who is absolutely amazing (love you Dr. T) and now I am forced to go to another doctor who is worthless. I have tried to remain positive during this transition but it has been two months since they dropped my insurance and I am so disappointed and angry at this.

Worst clinic they only care about certain patients. That schedule virtual visits and never send link and when they do they keep you waiting. Had a 10:20 appointment virtual and at 12:50 they still had me in the waiting room. Although it said the Doctor was available.
