Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena con los doctores y el Wellness center es fantástico me siento muy bien , he aprendido mucho, estoy contentísima.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My stepdad who suffers from a heart disorder has NOT been prescribed his meds and I keep going back and forth between this office and CVS and they could care less!!!! No one seems to know why we don’t have the prescription or care to help. And when you’re talking to these people, they cut you off rather than hear what is being said. No patient advocacy what so ever at this facility. The service is atrocious. I hope their families receive better care than this…
This is the best place to get check up the dr at Soto is the best one make you fell part of his fam very respectful and professional he will nake sure you get the best care .
Friendly staff and Doctor but they need to learn and speak English. I know he knows but prefers to speak in Spanish because I requested English and he refused. Half of my physical results was not understood and he then asked if I had any questions lol 😂 Yeah I’m currently looking for another doctor.
