I just left River Road Primary Care, although my appointment with the doctor was fine (rushed) — I felt it was an unprofessional setting and I work in the healthcare setting. As I was getting blood work done, the staff were eating, FaceTiming what seemed like family while I sat there (actively talking / waving on FT right before they took my blood). I am basing my review on the 2 female phlebotomists that work at this office. Getting blood drawn is always a challenge for me due to having extremely small veins. With that being said, my past experiences everywhere else other than River Road Primary Care with regards to bloodwork are always extremely painful and highly stressful (and sometimes result in not even getting the blood drawn at all).
