Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at IMA CrossFit! The trainers are the absolute best and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. The community is welcoming and encouraging! I’ve been attending the kickboxing class for a few years now and have recently started CrossFit, both are amazing classes and excellent workouts. I am stronger, healthier, and more confident than I have ever been. I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone!

Don’t be intimidated by the ‘CrossFit’ minded gym as I was for so long! I wish I would have found this gym sooner! All the trainers are top notch, as they actually take the time to teach you the proper mechanics and help you realize a level of confidence you never knew you had. The amount of support received at this gym is what makes it stand apart and I’ve never felt more confident and strong because of it! I highly recommend at least giving IMA CrossFit a try, I am certainly glad I did! #TorrisTribe

IMA has been my home away from home since 2008! I wouldn’t want to workout anywhere else. They offer so much under one roof, CrossFit, kids CrossFit, open gym, personal training, nutrition coaching, and a cardio kickboxing program that is unmatched! Knowledgeable coaches that care about members’ health, wellness and safety. The best part of IMA is the community. Welcoming and warm! Like family!
