Installer was well versed on our product and also showed us how to adjust if we needed to and was a clean installation
We recently bought new front window curtains. Customer service still exists at The Blind Lady! Bonnie came to our home to insure our measurements were correct. The curtains arrived when they were promised. Bonnie came to our home and installed the curtains. Karen did a great job of communicating and scheduling appointments. We are really pleased with our experience with The Blind Lady.
The employees at the ‘I’m the Blind Lady’ store were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an idea of what I wanted yet, they explained the differences between several so that I understood how all the blinds worked. They arranged for a designer to come to my house soon after I was at the store. Kerry was kind, knowledgeable and very fun to work with. The Product is great but I spent over $12,000 dollars on blinds and have never received a call or anything from the Blind Lady as to my satisfaction, I had an issue and was hoping that they would have reached out but I have not even received one call, email or any communication as to my satisfaction, it might be minimal but I would think that if someone spent the money I did someone would have reached out to see if I was satisfied or had any issues, I will not be recommending The Blind Lady to anyone I know.
I am very happy with my purchase. I'm the Blind Lady had an excellent selection to choose from, from the basic to top of the line. They have their own professional installation crew, unlike some other big box stores which outsource everything, this made any concerns or problems non-existent. It was a great experience using I'm the Blind Lady and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality done right.
