I could not ask for better service or value. The sales lady was courteous and resourceful and measured my windows perfectly. The two installers were efficient, organized and cleaned up after their work. I would not hesitate to refer a friend to this company. Oh…my blinds are beautiful too.

Kelley, Karen and Ricardo were great to work with! I even called on the day of installation and asked if Ricardo could possibly come earlier than an appt and he showed up 30 minutes early, which was perfect for my schedule. Love our new blinds and got rid of our god awful old curtains!
Installer was well versed on our product and also showed us how to adjust if we needed to and was a clean installation
We recently bought new front window curtains. Customer service still exists at The Blind Lady! Bonnie came to our home to insure our measurements were correct. The curtains arrived when they were promised. Bonnie came to our home and installed the curtains. Karen did a great job of communicating and scheduling appointments. We are really pleased with our experience with The Blind Lady.
