TL;DR: Do not recommend this company. The service provider refused to work with us because we asked follow-up questions about the work he does and requested that he provides an estimate for the time and cost. He wanted us to work with him just with the knowledge that he charges $145/hour and not knowing how long it would take to get the tasks done. He probably might be a good handyman.
