I had an issue with a different installer, who put my array back up after a new roof install "wasn't familiar" with my system. Ben came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. Ordered a part and had me back up and running within a couple days. He kept me informed on a timeline for the part arrival and on each trip (initial and part install) was extremely professional and punctual. Ben and his crew did a great job on my solar system. Had a delay with a panel getting damaged in shipping but they were fast and very professional. Solar has been working great!

Very knowledgeable owner and staff. Our installation was of the highest quality and was completed quickly. Our solar was installed years ago and I had an error in my inverter. I called Ben with IM Sustainable because I couldn’t fix it myself. Not only did Ben respond quickly, but he had the problem fixed in no time. Highly recommend for all of your solar needs!
