Excellent company to work with! Highly recommend
They were very helpful getting the solar switched over from the previous owner. Also reassured me that the panels looked good after getting a large snowdrift covering them with deep heavy, wet snow. Staff very nice also!
We are very pleased with the installation of our solar system. We had a couple of hiccups with getting the panels but Michelle and Ben were very professional when dealing with this. The installer, Will was friendly and a very hard worker. I will be glad to recommend IM Sustainable. Update : We are into the second year after installing and so very pleased. Our Ameren bill is $12 every month ( base delivery charge) . The system is performing well and I highly recommend using IM Sustainable .
A great experience. Michelle was our contact person and she was fantastic. Every step of the way she told us what she was going to do and then she did it. Ben and the team worked extremely hard on the installation, on some ridiculously hot days, and acted like pros.
