I booked a new hot water pump with Ecovantage who then outsourced it to I'm Plumbing. We had a studio with hot water that needed replacing, and I was initially told it would only take 4 weeks. When this didn't happen I called repeatedly and was promised it would happen by Christmas, another 5 weeks. No-one showed. I call again in Jan and am told I will have a new date by the end of the week. Nothing. Call again and told I will hear soon. Used Im Plumbing and Services for a bathroom & kitchen renovation. They were fantastic, any questions we had they were more than happy to answer and helped through the entire process from talking us through the layout to selecting the right tiles and fixtures. Would highly recommend.
