The staff have been very friendly and informative throughout my experience there. It was clear that they really care about each individual, and not pushy about adding things that are not necessary. I was visiting from out of town and I would go back. It’s located in an office building attached to an outdoor mall. East to get to with free parking garage.
I got a beauty mark removal service done here, in which I wanted 15 small beauty marks removed on the base of my face and neck. I think I got really unlucky with my interactions with one particular woman who works at this clinic (she works in the back office, and might be the owner? she doesn't really speak English). First impression was very friendly and not pushy. The doctor was very gentle too! They’re located inside Source Mall next to Don Melt at 1st floor. You have to enter the building and take the elevator to the 6th floor
They never push for over-treatment and only recommend what I truly need. Great staff — always accommodating to my needs. I’ve had several laser treatments and injections done, and they treat me thoroughly every time. I usually have high expectations when it comes to my face, and they definitely meet them.My favorite treatments are Botox and skin booster injections. My skin has definitely gotten so much better, and everyone keeps asking what I do. I always recommend this place
I live in Palm Springs and was looking for a new injector in OC. I decided to give this place a shot after reading all the great reviews. I contacted them last minute and luckily they were able to get me in the following day due to a cancellation. The clinic was super clean, easy to find and the staff was kind and courteous!
