The entire staff are wonderful! I've worked with Corey, Chase, and Emily, each slightly different but all very helpful. I've done Tai Chi for 7 years and Avita Yoga for 3.5 years, so wasn't sure that InMotion could add much. They sure do find the places that I wasn't stretching enough!
In motion is a regular part of my health routine. They enable movement that I cannot achieve on my own. Aging hits us all and InMotion lets me move with greater range and less stiffness. Thank you team.
