I highly recommend this. I am able to do things I have not done in years.
Didn't really feel like anyone knew exactly what was going on. Staff seems like young adults who were taught how to do a few stretches. Didn't feel it was worth it. I paid for two sessions and it was ok frankly the stretches I could do at home. Today I received a notification that they charged my card for another $95. Seems like another subscription service to scam you. I wouldn't recommend going.
This is a game changer. To all my students and fellow golfers give golfers this will help your swing. Chase and Emily are great. Tell them I sent you.

All the workers are friendly and helpful. I love going to get stretched and it has helped my wellness.
