I was a patient here for years. Took a recent trip to the urgent care for a fever I couldn't keep down. Dangerous bc of the temp, confused, couldn't walk after a chain of illnesses for the past half year. I was told by the doctor that it's normal for a healthy person to be sick 5 or 6 separate times in a span of a few months. Doc seemed interested in just being a contrarian. I’ve always had a great experience with the primary care side of this practice, I adore my NP, which is why this urgent care visit was disappointing. I brought my teen in with a high fever and feeling very sick. A rapid strep test was done and came back negative, and we were told it would be sent out for further testing. Other than giving Tylenol, we were sent home.
