Update: They reached out to me expressing sympathy and promised to improve the service. And I appreciate that. Hence I am updating the original one-star review to a three-star review. Also I do want to commend the nurse, she has been great and very helpful! Original review: I took my child in this Saturday for an injured ankle. They did an X-ray, put a temporary splint on, and gave him a pair of crutches. They told us to see an orthopedist on Monday and keep the splint on before that. The service here is terrible. I took my child in this Saturday for an injured ankle. They did an X-ray, put a temporary splint on, and gave him a pair of crutches. They told us to see an orthopedist on Monday and keep the splint on before that. Other than that, they didn't mention anything about other care. So I assumed that there is nothing else to be done over the weekend, also because his ankle is bound tightly by the splint.
