Best customer service imaginable. Unbelievably affordable estimate on a stump grinding service. Quick turn around time and the job was done before I knew it. Excellent communication every step of the way. Thanks for making this process so quick and easy.
We had 3 estimates for removing a row of very tall Arborvitaes and grinding the stumps. I.M.Good was the best price by far. They came out within a day or two of calling and to give an estimate and did the job in less than a week of contacting them. They said it would take 2 days but they got it done in 1. The area where they used their grinder and other machines was disturbed much less than we anticipated. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was a pleasure working with them.
Estimate was quick and fair. Work was done quickly and professionally. Workers were polite and courteous. Cleaned up the mess very well.
Zac & AJ Shope are excellent and work extremely hard. They do the job to completion nothing less. They cleaned up after cutting all the trees down and the yard was left like they were never here - clean, no branches, bark pork leaves!
