We were fortunate enough to discover I.M. Contracting, and hired them for our master bath/closet/bedroom renovation. The attention to detail, workmanship, and even the relationship with Ian and the two guys who oversaw our project, Jack and Cody, far exceeded our expectations. Ian and his team were superb. The quality of the work was exceptional down to every little detail. What I really appreciated was the ingenuity to make things better. For example, we had these incredible glass barn doors that were very unstable and they crafted solution to make them slide with ease. They take great pride in prepping the working area to protect your house and then leave it better than they found it. Echoing what so many other reviews note, the friendliness, attention to detail, and consultative nature of IM Contracting makes for an all-around enjoyable renovation experience. Their job was turning my dark, musty, "murder" basement into a functional laundry room, play room, bathroom, and storage. Ian takes a lot of time with the customer to make sure they are happy. His team, especially Coady, were friendly and easy to work with. Ian’s ideas about how to go about doing our addition were great and the design was perfect. We are very pleased with the results of our addition and would recommend this company.
