Dr A initially we were impressed but ten our opinion changed, because he didn’t call to follow up on X-rays taken of me. He had someone call who was reading the results and couldn’t explain the medical terms. Also in a discussion about medicines to take because of my diabetes he mentioned Ozempic. Considering my weight is on target and may be slightly lower than should be we were surprised.
The staff member who greeted me at check-in seemed genuinely happy to see me. My wait time was very short. Having to go to the doctor is stressful but Dr. Alishayev was pleasant and he listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I never felt rushed. This was a big change from my previous experiences in a doctor’s office. I highly recommend Dr. Alishayev and the entire team.
Dr. Alishayev has been my doctor for a couple of years. He has been very attentive, taking the time to listen my concerns without rushing through appointments, very concerned about his patients. His ability to explain medical information in a clear and approachable way cause a very confident relationship with his patients. The office staff is also very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Ilya for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate General Doctor.
