With an amazing bias for action, Ily was determined to find us the ideal apartment in the most competitive market these days, and he did. Before our tour meeting in the apt, he prepared all the docs including the application, and when we saw the apt and decided its right for us, Ily immediately submitted the application, which gave us a big advantage over the other 5 candidates who also attended the tour.
