I needed to get a large amount of gift Cards today. This branch did not have the amount I needed but Nancy S. contacted the other branch for me to make sure they had the rest I needed and along with her manager Veronica, got the ones she had all prepared for me. The service was wonderful
I have never been to a bank that has better service. The service at all banks is the same. Quiet and methodical( slow). Credit unions have lower fees, better rates and other incentives , that is why I do banking with the credit union.
It was a no wait visit to ILWU Credit Union to make a transaction.
