I have never been to a bank that has better service. The service at all banks is the same. Quiet and methodical( slow). Credit unions have lower fees, better rates and other incentives , that is why I do banking with the credit union.
It was a no wait visit to ILWU Credit Union to make a transaction.
A real Credit Union! This is the best Credit Union and Bank I have ever worked with. I am very happy and will be a lifelong member and customer. Thank you!

Not all business, these people were so sweet and helpful when my husband died. They helped me w/our finances, they were understanding and sympathetic. They made the transition much easier for me. Every time I come in to the branch, everybody has a”hello “ for me. When I wanted to get my daughter her first car, they were there for me again. You could not ask for a better credit union.
