I took the computer-based IELTS General Training exam at this location, and I did not receive my results until 12 days later. This was extremely frustrating because the results were time-sensitive and needed for a work permit. I emailed their team three times to follow up, but received no response, which felt very unprofessional. Great facilities for the test. Venue was very clean. Only drawback was the signage outside- need to improve so it’s easy to find especially as a test centre.
incredibly rude customer service, absolutely no regard for common mistakes that people make, I have been contacting you for several days to find out hte answer to my question and noone picks up, nobody is at the centre to help - scam company filled with people who interrupt you when you speak and charge obscene amounts of money for irrelevant testing, they only provide generic answers to your quesitons and do not listen/ Scam
