I’ve been shopping around for wedding dresses and most stores I’ve been to provided 0 customer service. Not only did this store have the BEST selection and most variety but their customer service was AMAZING. Uzair talked us through the process and answered every single question we had. My wedding dress was made by ILSA. From the first consultation to the last fitting, the experience was amazing! Uzair was a pleasure to work with and very helpful answering what sometimes felt like ridiculous questions on my part. He was patient and able to adjust any changes I wanted to make during the design process for the custom gown.
