We came in store to purchase equipment for my sister in law who was in hospital, and the whole team who assisted were pleasant to deal with, from Lilly in the Retail Team to Sam in NDIS, I appreciated all the assistance.
It was refreshing to go into a store and have Charles share his expert knowledge on a motorized scooter. Charles answered every question confidently, i will definitely be purchasing my scooter from ILS. Thanks so much Charles.
The lovely staff, Wendy and Harry were so helpful as I did not really know where to begin finding equipment for an aging parent. They knew their products inside and out and made great recommendations to me. Even helped me pack up the car as well. 10/10.
I purchased a walker and a shower chair on the 24th of December 2025, just before the store closed for the holiday break, and I wanted to say how incredibly grateful I am for the service I received.
