Recently booked a service and new battery pack for my Go Chair, this was completed within 24hrs and as I don't function well without it, a true blessing...excellent customer service by the team and Jim
We came in store to purchase equipment for my sister in law who was in hospital, and the whole team who assisted were pleasant to deal with, from Lilly in the Retail Team to Sam in NDIS, I appreciated all the assistance.
It was refreshing to go into a store and have Charles share his expert knowledge on a motorized scooter. Charles answered every question confidently, i will definitely be purchasing my scooter from ILS. Thanks so much Charles.
