I purchased a Pquip walker from ILS. Within 4 months, the elbow pad split, which pinches the skin every time I use it. I contacted ILS about this, to be told the pad is not a warranty item. After providing credit card details, I waited 3 weeks before chasing them to be told they haven't processed the order and lost my details and the pad which was in stock, is now no longer available. From my very first phone call to ILS when Candy answered the phone to the follow up’s sorting out the service and repairs of my wheelchair Candy has been amazing. I had been using a different company, but after an obvious manufacturing fault in my wheelchair which was later confirmed with the manufacturer, that company was blaming me for causing the damage when we knew we definitely hadn’t done anything to cause that problem.
