The lovely staff, Wendy and Harry were so helpful as I did not really know where to begin finding equipment for an aging parent. They knew their products inside and out and made great recommendations to me. Even helped me pack up the car as well. 10/10.
I purchased a walker and a shower chair on the 24th of December 2025, just before the store closed for the holiday break, and I wanted to say how incredibly grateful I am for the service I received. The lady who helped me was so kind, compassionate, and joyful.(I asked her for her name but I can’t remember) Nothing was ever a bother for her, and she made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Wendy was one of the most knowledgeable and understanding customer service people I have ever dealt with. She is invaluable to the business.
One star because I had to give something to write the review. They have had our back up electric wheelchair for 3 mths ... the everyday chair has been in urgent need of casters for over a month. Zero mobility at this point! Service and repairs are absolutely rubbish! They are paid on quote which needs to change because one they have the money .. they do Nothing!
