Such a friendly and motivating staff! Don't be intimated going in, they are awesome at accommodating everyone's fitness levels. I just started taking classes here and I LOVE IT! I highly recommend it.

ILoveKickBoxing in Orland Park is totally AWESOME!!! Started my journey was sooooooo sore on my first day but as the old saying goes No Pain No Gain! EXCELLENT location, AWESOME STAFF!!!!!!!!!! Very clean facilities, priced reasonable, hours for any schedule. Chris Wilson Pugh
This is an amazing place with wonderful people and a kick-butt workout! It is very friendly and welcoming to new members. The instructors will teach you everything you need to know and do an amazing job of keeping the class motivated and upbeat. The members are all very supportive and encouraging, regardless if you're new or a regular. The whole atmosphere is positive and energetic and it really makes you want to push yourself hard.
