I take the 12pm class Mon-Fri on my lunch break from work. I LOVE LOVE The knowledge and communication from Noel. She has such great information and goes above and beyond answering all of my questions as i am somewhat of a beginner for kickboxing. I was able to get These awesome rose gold 16oz gloves for a better workout and Israel who instructs the class has THE MOST UPBEAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!! I have been coming to ilovekickboxing at the Tracy location since January. The coaches make exercising fun and I look forward to coming for my workouts. Definitely challenging and well worth the workout! Highly recommend and the staff there is incredibly supportive and full of tips I'm getting the most out of your workout

Amazing place! Great workouts! They let you go at your own pace when some moves are too much! But you will be drenched in sweat!!

Such a great workout, always something new. The staff is amazing and the fighters well, everyone treats each other like family staff included. I look forward to each day and workout!

This place is amazing, classes are tough but fun. Staff really wants you to succeed. Signed up and love coming to class everyday. So much better then a regular “gym” membership
