Awesome workout, awesome staff! Highly recommend this place if you're looking to lose weight and get in some serious cardio.
I started going to I love kickboxing - The Woodlands as part of their 6 week challenge. I love kickboxing helped me get back into an active, healthy path. Something I had attempted to do for a few years and had not been able to achieve on my own. Classes really put you to work, but at the same time they are so much fun. I always leave feeling better and so energized.
Great workout with amazing staff. Already noticing my endurance has increased over a short amount of time and even got my husband to join! Very welcoming environment for people of all different fitness levels and the encouragement you get from staff and other members really goes a long way. If you've been thinking about getting into shape, then you should sign up today! Give it a try, I guarantee you'll love it.
