Ilovekickboxing is awesome! After my first 9 workouts I was down 11 pounds. The staff is so welcoming and motivating. They truly care about each individual their and helping them reach their goals! I could not recommend this gym enough!ย
The atmosphere, workout and the instructors are incredible. After my first class I decided to join and the instructors have develop a real interest to help me with my goals. Iโm quite a bit sore but itโs so worth it!ย
