This review will be more than helpful, I guarantee. First and foremost, I found this company on Instagram when they were advertising their free 6 week challenge. I met with an employee, who I can tell is a recent hire with absolutely no degree or expert knowledge in nutrition or has any credential to give the type of examination he provided. Loved the classes but I had the same issue as many other reviewers. The only way to get them to stop charging you (which is honestly way too much money anyways) is to ask your bank for a new card, dispute charge or jump through many hoops to cancel, even if you follow the rules to cancel membership. Save yourself the headache, look up kickboxing tutorials which will do you just as good.

I used to enjoy ILKB but unfortunately I cannot say that anymore. I haven't been able to attend a class for over a year because of an injury. When I emailed the "billing department" on November 1st to cancel my membership, I received no response and my account continues to be charged monthly. Huda Dugan is a disgusting scammer stealing people's hard earned money. This place needs to be shut down.

I really enjoyed this place and the workouts for about 6 months but then either the regular (awesome) teachers quit or were fired and were replaced with people who had no experience. The classes were confusing, disorganized and unsafe. Really disappointing
