Unprofessional, instructors are indeed proficient kickboxers, but could use a marketing course. As a budget conscientious college student who refuses to pay for overpriced services, I was not ideal prey. A friend and I did a groupon for 4 sample classes + free gloves. Great people!!! I have only gone 2 days but I love it so far! The environment is great, the workouts are killer but they also help modify it if you have injuries so you don't hurt yourself! I highly recommend going!

I never thought kickboxing could be so much fun and provide anything more than a challenging workout. This place offers so much more: stress relief, companionship, laughter (so much laughter), and supportive coaches that genuinely care about each individual joining them on the mat. I‘m so glad I‘m part of the ILKB Roseville family!!

If you’re looking for a fun, effective and high energetic way, look no further. ILKB has a lot to offer. Their instructor lead workouts are super fun and they are different each day. You’ll never do the same workout twice, and they are only an hour long. The instructors and the members are so welcoming, they encourage you and motivate to keep coming back for more.
