My girlfriend purchased your special which included 5 classes and a set of gloves. This was months ago and she's never received gloves and no one there will answer phone calls, texts or emails. This seems to me to be a scam. Reply ASAP or I will be in touch with the attorney general's office and I do have documented proof of you ignoring her.

Love this place so much! I never thought I could be into a group setting, but this is so different, fun and positive. I had my first class with Angela recently. The music was fantastic and her energy and kindness, fun personality and encouragement to push through were amazing. I never thought I could smile, sweat, and have so much fun all at once. If you are waiting to do something DO THIS!

I've been coming to ILKB in Queenbury for almost two years. It's a fantastic atmosphere. The instructors know you personally, are very supportive of your fitness journey, make it fun, yet push you to get the most out of your workout. I've made some wonderful friendships. We are supportive of one another and help keep each other be accountable. Our interactions, including staff and members, don't end at the gym. This place is a savor! I’ve gained so much confidence and strength. I’ve met the best people who have become like family to me. The workouts are intense and different every day. It’s never boring!

I have been going to classes for 3 months and I absolutely love it. The instructors are helpful, entertaining, and give you feedback. Before this I was struggling in being consistent with a workout routine and now I can say that I have been pretty consistent overall!
