Found this amazing studio while looking for a fresh fitness option after an injury- Fun, high-energy classes- great music and awesome vibe-highly adaptable inclusive workouts for all fitness levels, body types and ages- measurable progress and visible results- so happy I found RENOVO - Instructors rock and have been key to getting me into best shape of my life ! Highly recommended for all
Such a great place! Clean, professional, FABULOUS trainers. JUTS the thing I needed post-Covid to get my health journey kickstarted! Would highly recommend for ALL, no matter your currently fitness level. They work with where you're at, and keep you accountable to your own goals!
