I never fail to get a great workout here. I burn hundreds of calories every class thanks to the awesome instructors that make a challenging workout more enjoyable.

I was a little hesitant to start kickboxing because it seemed out of my league and I have some back issues. However, I was shocked, in a GOOD way. ILK Old Bridge is clean, friendly, and they HELP you modify so you don't feel like you're dying, yet still push you to get a great workout! I'm officially addicted and ADORE my trainers Siham and Sonya. I will pretty much do anything they say now because I trust them wholeheartedly! Would recommend to anyone at ANY level! A Total 5 star experience!

I took my daughter for the first time today and it was amazing. The staff is very nice, patient and took time to help her. Alex was unreal!!! He taught her all the moves and treated her with kindness and respect. I've been to a lot of places but this location is hands down the best!!!! Thank you for an amazing experience. We are excited for the next class :)

Just had my first kickboxing. Loved the positive energy and one on one coaching the first class. So worth the investment. Even for a trial the work every part of your body. You even get perks and discount with partners.
