I love this gym! The staff is amazing! Very positive, patient, lively and encouraging! If you are looking for a place that is challenging, but fun this is the place to be. We have dress up days , raffles and the members are kind. I would give it a million starts if I could 😁!

I have been working out at ILKB for 12 years!!! Great instructors that motivate you to push yourself. Great combination of cardio and strength. Awesome gym! Has helped me reach my fitness goals

ILKB has been the best fitness decision I’ve made. I joined after 6mon postpartum with my 3rd child and it’s been a great help not only for my physical health but mental as well. I’m loving the results and the instructors here are amazing!! John and Brenda make it enjoyable!

I have been coming to ilovekickboxing since 2018 and everytime I leave to try a new workout (strength training, personal training, hot yoga, etc) I always end up coming back to ilovekickboxing! Lol from the personal trainers to the staff at ilovekickboxing they don’t give up on you and have continued to welcome me back gracefully. I am back again and truly plan to commit myself to ilovekickboxing!! For the 25th time lol here we go!

if you are looking for an amazing workout this is the best place to go for a full body workout. the instructor Brenda is hands down amazing 👏 I can't get enough of her classes 😍 there's Asia who works in the evening as well and she brightness up my day everytime I come in see her ❤️
