Very unprofessional environment
I've been a member since April and couldn't be happier for making the decision to join. It's an intense workout, but not grueling. The instructors push you when you feel like you can't continue, and the other members are super friendly. I'm seeing results and always look forward to my workouts because of the format of the class. The facility is conveniently located and no problems with parking.
ILoveKickBoxing of Massapequa is amazing! I am 53 years old and I haven’t exercised in years and this was just the right way to get moving again. All the instructors are welcoming, informative and recommend you go at your own pace. There is no pushing to go beyond what your capable of. I would recommend the ILoveKickBoxing of Massapequa, NY to anyone regardless of fitness level. Looking forward to getting stronger and healthier!
I absolutely love this place! The energy, the sense of family, the workouts, everything about it! Such a great exercise program and truly helps you reach your fitness goals! I highly recommend this to everyone!
