I really wanted to like it here, but it felt very cliquey. I enjoyed my class and was sore after, but felt very awkward. Maybe it was just that particular class, but I'm not sure. A couple people tried to keep me involved, but other than that, there was a "main group" getting all the focus. The coach seemed to join in on it too. If you have anxiety about working out or are not as fit, I'd recommend looking somewhere else.

I LOVED this place when I first started the members were consistent, The instructors were amazing but ever since the new owners took over the place has gone down hill.. changing everything in a blink of an eye and getting rid of all the best instructors and leaving it to members that volunteer to teach classes which is super unprofessional and makes me feel like I don’t get my moneys worth that I pay BI WEEKLY. This place really is a scam. To get your money back for completing the challenge, you have to leave a 5 star review - that is why this is rated so high. When I went to the free class to see if it was for me, I liked the idea of the class, but I did not appreciate "knockout nick". he was very intense in his sales. My wife used their subscription for a few months and loved the classes. They were fantastic. We moved and she no longer wanted to do kickboxing so we called to cancel. They said we’d have to give them 30 days notice and we could only cancel if we had a medical condition or had moved more than 20 miles away. This is an incredibly predatory practice that means you can almost never cancel a charge that costs $75 every 2 weeks. I had to put a stop charge on my credit card. DON’T GO HERE!
