I recently joined iLoveKickboxing - Hurontario and I was extremely nervous for my first class but as soon as I got there I felt welcome. Then my nervousness started up again when class was about to start. The instructors made me feel comfortable, at ease, and part of the team. I absolutely love going to class. This place is clean, they are welcoming, team oriented and keep you pumped and accountable. I truly enjoy this place and I am so happy that I signed up!

I’ve been going to ILKB Hurontario for about 6 months now and I can honestly say this has become my happy place. Does the warm up make you want to die (or kill someone, most likely the trainer)? YES. Do the bag rounds leave you so sweaty you could literally slip and slide your way across the mats back to the change rooms? YES. I have been going to ILKB for a few months now and I can honestly say I have found my gym! I have tried other gyms but the motivation always wore off after a couple weeks. At ILKB you are constantly motivated and pushed to reach and surpass the goals you set for yourself. All instructors are amazing, with classes so full of positive energy. The gym is filled with such amazing people, a judgement free and motivating environment. You will be quickly adopted to the #FitFam and welcomed with opened arms and opened hearts!
