I have tried calling and emailing a ton of times to cancel my membership and no one has responded. So I have been charged $100 and no apparent way to get it back because no one will help
I am relatively new to kickboxing, I had decided to sign up in December and I was a bit hesitant due to covid, but this was definitely one of the best decisions I ever made. Eleni, the manager, helped get me started and she had contacted the instructor of my first class, Ashley who was also amazing. Eleni is super sweet and a great instructor too! Great workout - great music - great energy.
I’m in my 4th year at iLkb Hicksville and I’ve never been in this overall good shape. I played sports all through school and always kept active but watching what you eat isn’t enough as you get older. Kickboxing is the total body workout that I need to maintain a healthy physique.
