Great HIIT workout. I would recommend signing up and taking classes, but don't pay extra for challenges and such. They don't follow through on their commitments/promises.

Starting doing classes about 2 weeks ago and they are a blast! I’m working out and having fun. The instructors are amazing

The staff is excellent! They encourage you to take the first few classes at your own pace and ensure you get on one-pointers during class. 10/10 recommend.

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible customer service. No return calls or emails. I had to call several times and spoke to numerous people. No one could help, said they would call back. No one did. I injured myself on 1st visit. They said they would put account on hold until I was better. They still continued to charge me. They refused to refund me or retify the issue even though they supposedly had account on hold. I chose to cancel rather than return to such a terrible company. Don't go here, just in case.
