Where to even start with I Love Kickboxing (Harlem, NY). The first day you walk through the doors you feel the energy, from not only the amazing instructors, but also from your fellow kick boxers. I’ve been going to ILoveKickboxing Harlem and I absolutely love it. The instructors (Jasmine, Dainer, and Ting) are super energetic and push me to do my best no matter what. I’ve been going in the mornings and honestly the positive energy in the studio makes it easier to wake up and stay consistent. I’ve been a member of ILoveKickboxing for over a year and so far, I’ve lost almost 15 pounds and feel stronger and healthier.
I absolutely recommend this place! I never thought I would love a group work out, but I was WRONG!! I LOVE the instructors and LOVE LOVE all the members! Encouragement and motivations they give me are amazing. I have been with them for 10 months and I see great changes in me physically and mentally. I LOVE MY ILKB HARLEM FAM!!
