Me and my teenage daughter have the best time here! Great instructors and people all around. We look forward to every class. It's a great workout while having so much fun!

It’s been a little over 3 months since I started coming here out of curiosity and I absolutely love this place! The music, the people, the environment are all so welcoming and fun. There’s so much encouragement here to be your best. Definitely hardest but most rewarding workouts I do.
This is the best kickboxing gym chain! Such a fun experience and such a great environment!
