I was in search to find a place that had a 6 week challenge and I came to the right place. Since being overweight in 2018, I wanted to start my journey where I can feel like I’m 21 again. This place you need to check out if you looking for motivation to workout. All the instructions are super friendly and personally to all. It's best place to have some fun to kick and punch!!!❤❤❤👍

Of the four kickboxing places I've tried, hands down, by far THE BEST exercise, training, fun and technique correction by an encouraging, helpful and positive staff! Worth every penny! I moved out of the area so I can no longer go there, but I miss every minute I spent there. Much love to the amazing crew!

I did the 6 week challenge and it was the best decision! I lost weight, I gained healthy habits and gained confidence. The gym is clean and the staff is VERY helpful in helping you completing your goals of losing weight. You just have to commit to the program. I loved going to the gym after work and letting out any stress I had.

I love kickboxing has so much to offer beyond a great and intense workout! The staff is so energetic and knowledgable about techniques and they make sure to give you feedback so you can improve. Although the workouts were challenging the more I went the easier they got. Also I enjoyed leaving class super sweaty and exhausted because I knew I had an effective workout.
