I saw the advertisement for a free six week class which I was stoked about doing. Initially when I came in they seemed to be very friendly. However, things began to quickly take a turn. The instructor came to speak with me about the free six week class however, he mentioned it requires a down payment of 500 dollars and if you complete the six weeks then you get your money back. This gym is under new and improved ownership! I have been with this location through many ups and downs and let me tell you, it is currently at its absolute best. The culture of support and creating a fun environment is fantastic. I’ve made forever friendships here, and my first workout back after a year had me in tears from happiness. This place has changed my life. The instructors are amazing and really take the extra time to get to know you and help you. I started with the 6 week challenge in 2019, and have lost a total of 50 lbs! My overall health and mental wellbeing has improved so much it’s unreal. It’s pretty much all I talk about now. This place is AMAZING and I can’t recommend it enough. I could barely do a push-up when I started. Within only a few months, I saw incredible improvement in my strength and endurance. This place changed my life! All of the instructors create an environment that is incredibly supportive and motivating for everyone. Best of all, class is SO MUCH FUN that I always look forward to it.
