LKB is an awesome place to get motivated to workout. The environment is fun and the staff keeps you energized to keep moving throughout the class. If you want to try something different to lose weight, give ILKB a try. Guaranteed to not be disappointed. Get Ready!

ILKB is a great workout with staff that always continue to push me in classes. Love the atmosphere while I’m working out and that all the instructors make an effort to help you out. Feels more like a community than just a gym.

I came across an ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try. Worse case scenario, I lose 10 bucks. I love the class so much I ended up signing up! I have been attending 2-3 kickboxing classes for about a month now and I have lost 22.5 inches. I am seeing real result and just feel better in general. This place is amazing! I leave feeling so refreshed and energized and ready to tackle the rest of my day. The facility is always clean and smells fresh, the staff is friendly, energetic, and thoughtful, and the other members are welcoming and encouraging. And of course, the work out is kick ass! I haven't been going long, but I'm already noticing big changes.
