Visited today and it’s a slow day. I’ve taken a 6 weeks Challenge here in 2020 (pre-pandemic). I’m just now leaving a review. Doing this more intentionally. I was told the employees are all different now. Two of who I saw certainly didn’t look familiar. Nevertheless, nothing negative to say today nor about my past experience. Weeknights we’re busy. IloveKickboxing is an amazing place. The staff were super helpful in perfecting your form as well as motivating you to keep going. I participated in the 6 week challenge and Aimee was an amazing coach and answered all my questions to make sure I stayed on track. My energy level has gone up, I am eating way better and I feel good about myself. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to try something new in a fun environment.

I never leave negative reviews but this business was so terrible I felt I had no choice. This ILKB promotes dangerous weight loss messages with no regard for an individual client’s personal fitness goals. Women in particular are told they must commit to losing 20-30 lbs (regardless of their start weight) if they are really “committed” to fitness. Sales team regularly misleads clients about membership options in order to secure longer term, expensive contracts with high cancellation fees that require 30 day notice. In total, ... read more

Very nice and understanding coaches/trainers. Very helpful with nutrition, how to breathe, and how to keep you motivated to reach your goals. Is a super fun place to tone, loose weight, and make new friends.
