I love giving credit where credit is due. I first Joined back in February of 2020 and it has been the best decision I have ever made. The entire team is friendly , they know how to Keep you pumped and motivated during class. You get a full body workout each time and it never gets boring! If you’ve had a bad or stressful day, there is no better way to get through it than this class. I have been using I Love Kickboxing for about a year now and love it. The classes are high energy and lots of mixed ability levels so it is not intimidating. It’s a very encouraging environment and I have had great results of weight loss, muscle gain, and an energy boost due to these classes!

So, after my mother passed I found myself feeling quite down. I signed up for the online special at Ilovekickboxing at alexandria to see if I liked the classes. I started about a month ago and can personally vouch to how amazing this is for you to let your frustrations out. Literally, everything you put in you get out of it and since the first day I have no regrets. Today, feeling my self-esteem triple and feeling stronger by the minute.
