I had the pleasure of experiencing my first dentist appointment, since moving back to MA, at this location. This was hands down one of the BEST dental experiences I have had. I first met Gary at the front desk who was so kind and made the intake process incredibly seamless. I was sitting for less than 5 mins before Jen came to whisk me away to the office for my cleaning. I had my initial cleaning 6 months ago and went in for a toothache, turns out my tooth was cracked and they did an emergency crown. Gary was great! He explained my coverage and the cost and Dr. Lou was awesome! She took care of it and explained everything to me and to my surprise it was in-network coverage and cost me half what I thought it was going to be! I highly recommend this practice!
On my visit to the dentist Jaimie always does a great job helping me feel less anxious, she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!
I highly recommend this Excellent Dental Office! As a medical professional, I have known many dental clinics and professionals. My latest dentist retired, and I am happy to have found ILove Dental Care. Gary, the Office Manager, is so helpful. Dr. Cai is skilled, professional, and does an excellent job. Dental Assistant Jaimie is quite competent and helpful and took the extra step to teach me proper care of my partial. I highly recommend this office to all for their Dental Care!
