I am honestly shocked at some of these reviews. I started going to Dr. Carlos last year in July when I found out that I was pregnant, my baby is now almost 3 months old and throughout all this time I have had nothing but positive experiences with the office staff as well as Dr. Carlos herself. She never made me feel rushed or judged. Each appointment I left feeling reassured and relieved of any worries I had. This took me so long to make a review because of the trauma but I need to put it out there.. First I want to say the front desk ladies were always so sweet and nice to me, I appreciated them! So were the nurses at community hospital, they were angels! Back in 2023 when I was pregnant with my first child, I went to Dr Carlos because that was the only Dr who would take me in. Came in July 2024 for first prenatal visit. She came in very polite than started talking about how she don’t deliver babies on the weekends and it would be the on call Dr. The 2nd visit was a little different. She had an attitude and she just rubbed me the wrong way. Her bed side manners were off. Did NIPT test at the 10 weeks and they came back abnormal apparently she said it was to early and all patient information she gave me stated it could be done at 10 weeks.
