TERRIBLE- DOCTOR Carlos. I saw her NP for an infection. The NP was out of town and Carlos was supposed to be covering for her. She didn’t give me a refill on my medication. She is a money hungry, she wanted me to come back after I already seen her days ago.
Dr. Carlos delivered both of my babies, with one of them having mild complications. She never gave up on me or my baby and was able to have a successful vaginal birth. While she may be an “in and out” Dr. but I appreciate her respect for my time but I was always able to get all my questions or concerns addressed when needed. If more babies are in my future, she will definitely be the one to deliver them!
Ignore the reviews! Absolutely amazing doctor! Her and NP Kimberly Scott took amazing care of me throughout my entire pregnancy experience. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Carlos was absolutely phenomenal and safely delivered my daughter via c section. She was prompt, thorough, caring, and thoughtful. She checked up on me multiple times afterwards. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
This facility sends their papsmear samples to outside clinics, not done at community hospital or under powers health. They won’t help you and they won’t tell you in advance about this. Go to another facility where the testing is actually done wishing the same hospital, and you can make sure the insurance covers the service!! Terrible!!!!!!
I love Dr.Carlos . She’s took care of both of my babies and delivered one . Many people are different, I love my doctor to be truthfully honest and in and out . She’s listened to legit all my concerns pointed me to the right direction ALWAYS. The nurses are so sweet to me and always ask me about my babies also does front desk. I’ve been going to Carlos for almost 3 years now and I haven’t had not one bad experience.!
