I brought my van to this garage over 3 months ago when it broke down. The mechanic first said it needed a full engine rebuild, which I paid a large amount for upfront. Then, after the engine was supposedly being worked on, he told me it also needed a new turbo — again, I paid for that too. Since then, there has been no real progress, no proper updates, and the van is still not ready. Took my imax van to another mechanic as it was blowing lots of smoke and struggling to start. The first mechanic said they suspected it had a cracked head and needed full engine replacement. Got it towed to iload engine masters for a second opinion and Ashley reseated the injectors, dropped sump pan off and checked pickup, replaced oil and filter and now ive got it back less than 48 and its running like a dream. Extremely disappointing experience. I took my van in for repairs over 3 months ago, and not only has the job still not been completed, but the mechanic continues to dodge my calls and messages. I was told repeatedly that they were "away" or "not available," yet I’ve clearly seen them inside the shop multiple times while being ignored. I had taken my van to iload engine masters after 2 other mechanics were unable to tell me the problem and fix it - not only did iload engine masters tell me the problem the turn around was impressive and had my 2016 iload back on the road within a few days - Great service and fair price . Did what was needed and very happy

I have experienced poor customer service. When I requested the engine be refurbished, it was replaced without a diagnosis of the original. I have attached the chat screenshot for your reference.
