I brought my van to this garage over 3 months ago when it broke down. The mechanic first said it needed a full engine rebuild, which I paid a large amount for upfront. Then, after the engine was supposedly being worked on, he told me it also needed a new turbo — again, I paid for that too. Since then, there has been no real progress, no proper updates, and the van is still not ready. Extremely disappointing experience. I took my van in for repairs over 3 months ago, and not only has the job still not been completed, but the mechanic continues to dodge my calls and messages. I was told repeatedly that they were "away" or "not available," yet I’ve clearly seen them inside the shop multiple times while being ignored. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. This guy has been lying to me for months now. He put a reconditioned motor in the car, and it blew up after a few days, Of course this was not his fault. Then I received a text saying he has no money to buy injectors. And could I send him $400 so he could continue working on the car. Never answers the phone. And wait to you hear his excuses. PLEASE AVOID.

I have a fleet of iLoads as rental cars. Ashley is always quick and helpful when I need repairs and even full engine rebuilds or upgrades. A couple of my vans I had converted from petrol to diesel and its a world of difference in fuel use and reliability. Good prices and good service

After a run of bad luck left me with a iload that wasn't running and an estimated 8-10k to get it back up and running it was a genuine lifesaver to have found Ash at Iload engine masters. Not only was he able to get my van in repaired and back to me in a few days but cost half that id been looking elsewhere.
