Ida gave the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. The combination of massage and lymphatic work is incredible. It feels like nothing and everything at the time, like she’s actually listening to your body and what it needs. I feel so light and refreshed. Can’t wait to return!

Highly recommend the massage and lymph drainage combo! Always leave feeling refreshed, and relaxed. She has such a great knowledge of all of the body works and you can truly tell she loves what she does. If you are looking for a great way to start improving your overall health she is a wealth of knowledge. I've worked with her for nutrition twice and she helped me tremendously both times. Cannot recommend seeing her enough.

Very relaxing, professional, and comfortable. I hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Both areas of concern were addressed and focused on during my massage. Felt so much better after leaving. Highly recommend!
